If you are in New Amsterdam Berbice then you may have traveled a few times in this classic. These cars are locally referred to as the “Steel Donkey” – for good reasons. This 1956 Morris Oxford still going strong. Moments before this picture was taken we notice the owner doing some roadside polishing – from the looks of it he seems to be taking good care of the car.
