• 12 ice cubes
  • 2 tablespoons Peanut butter (crunchy/creamy)
  • 1 spoon sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • A sprinkle of Nutmeg
  • 2 cups Water
  • Sliced Bananas (optional)

NB: Peanuts can be used instead of peanut butter but have to be crushed.

Steps

  1. Put peanut butter, ice and some water in a blender and blend thoroughly.
  2. Gradually add milk continuing blending.
  3. Thoroughly blend until the mixture is liquefied.
  4. Add more water if the liquid is thick.
  5. Using a sieve, strain the mixture into a jug by pouring a little bit at a time.
  6. Add the vanilla essence, cinnamon, nutmeg, and honey.
  7. Mix thoroughly and serve cold.

NB: Adding sliced bananas to the drink and blending is a good way to get some potassium in your diet.
