I remember a time, not so long ago, when we only ate chicken on ‪‎special‬ ‪occasions‬ (at ‪Christmas‬, ‪birthdays‬ etc.). It was always “creole fowl” back then. Picking up fresh eggs in the morning was the first order of the day.
