The Executive Suites includes two queen beds, a coffee maker, a fridge and a sofa chair. Finally, the Suites with Kitchnettes Single includes a queen bed and sofa bed, kitchenette with stove, fridge, microwave, pots, pans, cutlery and dining table with chairs. - Catering: The Regency Suites caters all food, snacks, and drinks for the any event being hosted. Regular wares and cutlery are all included in the rental cost.
- Additional Staff: They provide a number of staff to work your event. Any additional will be outsourced and will incur a cost.

- Closing Time: The closing time for conferences and meetings is 9 PM. The closing time for weddings or parties is 12 AM.
